Reset and Renew Travel – Terms and Conditions & Business Policies

By booking your travel services with Reset and Renew Travel, you agree to the terms, conditions, and business policies outlined below. Please read this document carefully before making your initial payment.

1. Professional Planning Fee Policy

  • Professional Fee: A flat planning fee of $200 is due before any research or itinerary creation begins.
  • Group Travel Fee: A flat planning fee of $500 is due before any research or itinerary creation begins for group travel bookings.
  • Non-Refundable: The fee is strictly non-refundable if you choose not to book your travel through our agency.
  • Expiration: The planning fee credit must be applied to a booking within 12 months of the initial payment date.

2. Booking and Financial Policies

  • Deposits: All initial trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified otherwise by the vendor.
  • Payment Schedules: Final payments must be received by the exact due date listed on your custom itinerary.
  • Late Fees: Payments missed after the deadline may result in automatic cancellation by the vendor or a late fee.
  • Pricing Fluctuations: Quotes are subject to change based on real-time availability until a deposit is applied.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Reset and Renew Travel.
  • Vendor Terms: Refunds are strictly governed by the specific airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator rules.
  • Fee Retention: Reset and Renew Travel retains the $200 professional planning fee regardless of trip cancellation outcomes.
  • No-Shows: Unused travel components or failure to arrive at a destination will result in total 100% forfeiture.

4. Client Responsibilities and Documentation

  • Name Verification: You must review your itinerary to ensure names exactly match your legal passport.
  • Passport Validity: Passports must remain valid for at least six months beyond your scheduled return date.
  • Visas and Entry: Clients are solely responsible for obtaining necessary entry visas, health forms, and vaccinations.
  • Schedule Monitoring: Travelers must independently confirm flight times with the airline 24 hours before departure.

5. Travel Insurance Waiver

  • Strong Recommendation: Reset and Renew Travel highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.
  • Coverage Scope: Recommended plans should include trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical care, and baggage loss.
  • Declining Coverage: If you choose to decline travel insurance, you assume all financial liability for travel disruptions.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Third-Party Vendors: Reset and Renew Travel acts only as a booking agent for separate, independent travel suppliers.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for vendor bankruptcies, delays, cancellations, injuries, or property damage.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions from acts of God, weather, strikes, government restrictions, or civil unrest.
